On Thursday, two Asians died in a traffic accident that took place on Al Faya- Abu Dhabi Road towards Dubai. The accident involved five vehicles including two trucks.
Colonel Hamad Nasser Al Bloushi, Head of Peripheral Regions Traffic Department at Abu Dhabi Police, explained that the Operations Room received a tip at 7:00 am about an accident on Al Faya trucks road towards Dubai. Traffic patrols responded immediately to facilitate the traffic flow.
Colonel Al Bloushi also noted that the accident resulted in burning two vehicles, while investigations are underway to identify the reasons of the accident. He also pointed out that violating the rules of paying attention to the road and ensuring that the road is clear before taking left turns or changing lanes result in tragic accidents leading to deaths and injuries.
