Beating the Police Operations team in the Finals

The Capital Police Directorate football team was crowned champion of the Director General’s Championship.  The team received the cup after defeating the General Directorate of Police Operations’ team 7-6 in the penalty shoot-out following a tied game 3-3.  The final match was held at the Police Officers’ Club Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The reunion happened within 24 hours of the police receiving a phone call from an Arab embassy in the UAE, saying that N.S, a 25 year old, and her sister, A.S, a 23 year old, had arrived to search for their relatives whom they did not have any contact with for ten years.
