“All good things come to an end”… Dalma Mall Mother’s Day Art Competition 2018 culminated yesterday, the 13th of April, on a high note with an awe inspiring art tribute and award felicitation ceremony.
54 schools, 431 amazing art contributions and 25 days of active public interaction through voting, sharing, commenting and much more keeping the engagement levels at its highest recorded till date. Dalma Mall Mother’s Day Art Competition post witnessed a reach of over 1,000,000 views and the brand’s Facebook page garnered organic likes & following of over 10,000.
Hundreds of Students, parents and members of school management from the 54 schools that participated in the Mother’s Day Art Competition 2018 attended the Awards of Mother’s Day Art Competition 2018. Dalma Mall, on this special occasion, officially unveiled its Gift Card, which is useable at all its 450 plus outlets. The Gift Card was unveiled, in the presence the Board Members and the General Manager & CFO of Dalma Mall.
The winners for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes were rewarded with Dalma Mall Gift Cards worth AED 25,000, AED 10,000 and AED 5,000 respectively. The first prize was given to ‘Aafra Ibrahim’ from ‘Baraem Al Ain Private School’, while the second and third place prizes were given to ‘Raghad Ali Fahmi’ from ‘Al Maali International School’ and ‘Adil Ajith Mamoo’ from ‘Shining Star International School’. The schools represented by these 3 winners were also awarded with Trophies, while every other participants and their school received certificates of appreciation and a memorable gift from Dalma Mall. Additionally the mall also gave away Special gifts for most appreciated art contribution motivating various hidden art talents.
Armless painter, Swapna Augustine inspired hundreds of children, parents and mall shoppers at the Mall during the event, while the official announcement of the Mother’s Day Art Competition 2018 winners were made. Aiming to encourage and motivate students to overcome life’s challenges and look beyond obstacles through determination and persistence, the mall sent out an inspirational message through Swapna Augustine who drew a tribute to all the mothers with her feet live from the stage of Dalma Mall on Thursday 12th of April.
