A team formed by the Ministry of Interior started field stage of the public opinion poll aimed at organizing the domestic workers recruitment sector in the UAE, in order to develop and improve the services provided to citizens and residents’ families.
The work teams will visit homes and public venues across the UAE to collect opinions and suggestions related to developing and improving the sector; as well as overcoming the challenges and elaborating the appropriate solutions. It also aims to protect the rights of all parties (employers, workers, and recruitment agencies) according to the laws applicable in the UAE.
The Ministry of Interior urged the public to cooperate with the field team in order to ensure the success of the field survey, which would benefit the whole society.
