During a meeting that was recently held in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the Ministry of Interior discussed the operational performance indicators, as part of its strategy for the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs sector. The meeting was chaired by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Acting Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs and attended by directors general of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the country. The meeting comes in line with the plan to promote internal communication and interaction between leaders and their subordinates across all work levels; it is also a part of the efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the various Directorates General across the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs sector.
Major General Al Khaili stressed the need to continue providing distinguished services to customers and observing the instructions issued by the police leadership related to increasing customer satisfaction, in pursuance of the Naturalization, Residence and Ports Affairs sector’s strategy. In conclusion, he called for taking the necessary measures to ensure full public satisfaction, and urged all Directors-General to overcome all obstacles to security and police work and to raise the level of performance indicators in the various operational plans adopted within the sector.
