A fire has occurred at The Torch Tower at approximately 2:00am on Saturday 21 February 2015. All residents were successfully evacuated from the building and all fire safety systems functioned effectively during the incident thereby restricting fire damage to the exterior of the building. While the exact cause is yet to be determined by the Dubai Civil Defense, the fire has been extinguished and no casualties have been reported at this time.

Kingfield Owner Association Management Services has arranged for temporary shelter and provisions for residents in the adjacent Princess Tower. The main focus at this time is to ensure that all residents are safe and looked after while we also assist in arrangements for alternative accommodation for those whose apartments have been affected.
