Global Shapers are young leaders between 20 and 30 years old who are organized into a network of 400 city-based hubs. ZTE Corporation welcomes the decisions of the District Court of Dusseldorf (“Landgericht Düsseldorf”) which ruled in its favor in a patent litigation with Vringo Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Vringo Inc., New York.
The Dusseldorf District Court rejected Vringo’s claims on infringement over two patents (Patents ‘EP 136’ and ‘EP 941’), that allegedly related to hotspot functionality in mobile devices and the use of Google Maps respectively.
