Hyundai Global Service Advisor Championship was recently conducted in Seoul, South Korea. The aim of this competition is to encourage Service Advisors to improve their service skills and to share their experience in order to achieve a superior customer satisfaction.
63 Service Advisors and 46 Supervisors hailing from 45 countries around the world have participated in the event. The competition was divided into three parts: Written Test, Interview and Role Play Practical Test. The representative from Juma Al Majid Est., (Hyundai Service - Ras Al Khor) has outranked all participants and won a Gold Medal, Trophy and Monetary Prize for his outstanding performance in this Championship.
This achievement shows the world-class capabilities of Juma Al Majid service staff and the effective training they continue to receive through company’s programmes. “We hope this will motivate other Service Advisors to excel in their profession, to be the next representatives and to bring home more awards from the upcoming Service Advisor contests.
