(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Andersen Tax is expanding its presence in Italy through the addition of two firms in Rome and Venice that will merge together with Studio De Vecchi to form a new entity called Noda Studio. These new firms will add high quality tax, legal, accounting and other services to the existing services that Studio De Vecchi currently offers. The addition of locations in Rome and Venice provides coverage in key markets in Italy and rounds out Andersen Tax’s expansion in the country.

A total of 28 skilled professionals will be joining the Andersen family in Italy including Managing Directors Francesco Trevisanato, Guido Sesani, Filippo Brass, Paolo Trevisanato, Michele Bartoluzzi, Amedeo Liberatori, Sabrina Caporale and Marco Giorgi. The group is comprised of accountants and lawyers representing both Italian and international companies with expertise in international taxation, valuation, capital markets, and company, tax and bankruptcy law.
