Juma Al Majid Est, the exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the UAE conducted the 3rd Hyundai Local Service Advisor Championship.The competition was held on the 15th of September 2014 in Ras AL Khor Service Center.  Twelve (12) Service Advisor from 10 Service Centers all over UAE were pre-selected from the results of Hyundai Service Advisor Annual Qualification Test to compete against each other to win the honor of “Best Service Advisor for 2014” and a chance to represent Juma Al Majid Est in the 2nd World Service Advisor Championship in Korea scheduled on the 14th of October 2014.

The competition is aimed at motivating Service Advisor to enhance their skills in Customer Handling and show the world their skills and knowledge. This year’s participants battled against each other in three tests (written, video analysis & practice). After a whole day of competition the participant who accumulated the highest total points was declared champion.

The winners will now undergo rigorous training to prepare themselves for the 2nd Hyundai World Service Advisor Championship scheduled next month in Korea. We hope they can bring home the prestigious honor of “Best Service Advisor in the World”.
