Mr. Jin James Kim, Director of International Service Division, Hyundai Motor Company presented the Award to Deputy General Manager, Eng. Daoud Abadi, during the 2014 Hyundai Global Customer Satisfaction Seminar held in Seoul – Korea on June 2014. The prestigious award recognizes the superior results of Hyundai After-Sales Service Division, UAE in the Dealer Enhancement Program, and the Hyundai Global Satisfaction Index. It complements their most recent ‘Expression of Gratitude Award’ received in February for outstanding ratings in the Customer Satisfaction Index; and positions the After Sales Service Division closer to its goals of becoming one of the leading automotive business models in the region and the top-tier automotive brand in the UAE by customer choice.
