Sharjah’s Air Wing Section under the Ministry of Interior, provided medical care for two Asian nationals, after they sustained moderate injuries in a car toppling accident today “Wednesday” on Al Mulaiha road.
Colonel Pilot Abdullah Salem Al Theeb, Chief of the Sharjah Air Wing Section, stated that the operation room received a tip off at 8:50 am from the National Ambulance, about an accident in Al Mulaiha area, involving two Asian nationals 34 years old and 28 years old. The crew provided first aid on spot and transferred them using the Air Wing’s helicopter to Al Dhaid hospital to continue the treatment.
He assured the keenness of the Air Wing Section and its staff including officers and personnel, to double the efforts to provide humanitarian help to all categories of the community when they receive an emergency call, around the clock. This comes to promote the security and safety of the community as per the best standards, through search, rescue and air ambulance missions to people injured in traffic accidents, and transfer them to hospitals in short periods of time.
He added that the air ambulance aircraft are equipped with the latest equipment tools and medical staff to transport patients and injured people and provide the best support and care for them.
