Al Ain Traffic and Patrols Section and Al Ain Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Section at Abu Dhabi Police hosted a delegation from Al Ain Sports Club, winner of HH UAE President’s Cup. The visit is part of the tour organized by the club on all governmental and local departments and bodies in Al Ain city, in recognition and gratitude for their support of the Club’s bid in the Championship.   Lt. Col. Ali Salem Al Dir'e, Chief of Al Ain Vehicle Licensing Section affiliated with the Directorate General of Central Operations was presented with the trophy in his office, in the presence of a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and staff members from the Section, who took commemorative pictures with the trophy. The delegation then toured the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Section’s building.   The trophy also made a stop at the Al Ain Traffic Section’s building, affiliated with the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, where it was received by Major Salah Abdullah Al Hemairi, Acting Head of Al Ain Traffic Section. A number of officers, non-commissioned officers and staff members from the section had their photo taken with the trophy and expressed their heartfelt happiness and gratitude to Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club administration for providing them with this great opportunity.  

Lt. Col. Ali Salem Al Dir'e, Chief of Al Ain Vehicle Licensing Section, noted that this initiative allows the Al Ain Sports Club fans to share their happiness with this well cherished trophy. For his part, Major Salah Abdullah Al Hemairi, Acting Head of Al Ain Traffic Section, highlighted the importance of taking part in the different cultural, sports and social events organized by community.

On the same note, Lieutenant Nasser Khalifa Al Shamesi, Public Relations Branch Manager at the Al Ain Traffic Section and coordinator of the event in collaboration with Mr. Matar Obaid Al Dhaheri, from the Al Ain Football Club administration, indicated that the Traffic and Patrols Department is keen to take part in the various community events and societal occasions with a view to strengthen the relationship with the various segments of society.
