At the end of weeks of grueling competition, which saw Fitness 360 members aiming for a fit body, there were two who stood out among the competition as the proud winners.

It was Alia AL Shamsi who was declared the winner among the ladies. Trained by Fitness 360’s Mia Picanto, Alia, aged 24, who weighed in at 59.2kg at the beginning of the competition, lasted the sweat and strain of the contest to shed 3.6kg during the course of 6 weeks. Weighing in at 55.6kg at the end of the challenge, Alia’s immediate goal is to tip the scales at 50kg. Beating some very stiff competition among the men, was 29-year-old Nadeem Ahmed who was trained by Fitness 360’s Richard TY. Nadeem, who weighed in at 85.4kg at the beginning of the competition, lost 3.2kg during the course of 8 weeks to finally tip the scales at 82.2kg.
