It was Alia AL Shamsi who was declared the winner among the ladies. Trained by Fitness 360’s Mia Picanto, Alia, aged 24, who weighed in at 59.2kg at the beginning of the competition, lasted the sweat and strain of the contest to shed 3.6kg during the course of 6 weeks.
