The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense General Directorate celebrated the graduation of a batch from the Customer Service Team course for directors and supervisors officers. 17 officers from the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense General Directorate participated in this course that lasted for a week and was organized in cooperation with Etisalat Academy.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Major Hashem Muhssen Al Hashemi, Acting Head of Civil Protection and Safety Department; Captain Abdullah Hamad Al Tamimi, Chief of Customer Service and Public Relations Section, and a number of officers in the Civil Defense General Directorate.

Chief of Customer Service and Public Relations Section said that such courses for officers provide them with more experience when it comes to the distinctive dealing with the public, increase their work skills to better levels, and enhance collective work with the spirit of team work.

He added that the course comes under a series of courses that will be held during the year as per the set plan for customer service centers to rehabilitate and sharpen staff members’ skills with direct contact with society members. Concluding, certificates were distributed on graduates.
