While Inspecting Workflow at Umm Al Quwain Police

Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior, made an inspection visit to Umm Al Quwain Police GHQ, where he reviewed the workflow and the services provided to the public through the various departments. He stressed the importance of enhancing police performance and upgrading the level of the various services offered to the public.
Lt. General Al Sha’far was greeted upon arrival by Colonel Rashid Bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Commander-in-Chief of Umm Al Quwain Police; Brigadier General Salim Ahmed Al Mazrouei, Deputy Commander-in-Chief; along with the heads of departments at Umm Al Quwain Police GHQ.
The Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior held a joint meeting with the Commander-in-Chief and heads of departments, and reviewed opportunities of continuous work development and improvement, so as to promote police performance and the various services provided to the public. Lt. General Al Sha’far also reviewed the traffic accidents statistics, as well the procedures and measures that have been taken to curtail the problems and curb traffic accidents.
Lieutenant General Al Sha’far expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Umm Al Quwain Police GHQ for their diligent efforts to implement the policy and approach of the Ministry of Interior in the field of continuous development and improvement. Lt. General Al Sha’far also urged them to pursue efforts to reduce traffic accidents and raise community awareness on the importance of adhering to laws and regulations enacted to ensure security and stability in society.
For his part, Colonel Rashid Bin Ahmed Al Mualla stressed that this visit reflects the attention dedicated by the officials at the Ministry of Interior to keep tab of the workflow at the various police general headquarters across the country, and to provide the necessary resources to overcome all obstacles to security and police work, with a view to advance security in the country,” added Colonel Al Mualla.
