The Directorate General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police honored the training liaison officers and staff working at the department, for their efforts in implementing the 2013 annual training plan and improving the efficiency of all the departments’ personnel, as well as completing the training curriculum at the Training Department on time.
The honoring also included collaborating officers from the Training Department at the General Directorate of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police. This accolade comes as recognition of their efforts in facilitating the work of the training liaison officers, which has had a positive impact on completing the training plan on time.
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, praised the outstanding efforts of the liaison officers and their teams, who are devoted to training all employees, for successfully implementing support plans, and their keenness to excel in their work and reach optimal levels.
Furthermore, Al Raisi underscored the keenness of Abu Dhabi Police to qualify employees at various levels in order to improve their skills and abilities, with a view to provide high quality services to internal and external customers. He also pointed out that the leadership’s vision aims to provide suitably qualified staff, and keep them on top of performance developments in all areas. This vision is implemented in collaboration with the Training Department, which aims to organize training sessions in collaboration with specialized institutes, and measure the impact of training on employees’ performance, through performance evaluation forms rating levels I, II, and III. This effort will lead to improvements in performance at work.
At the end of the ceremony, the Director General of Central Operations distributed certificates of appreciation and gratitude to the honorees. Moreover, he highlighted the continuous support dedicated by the Higher Leadership to the training process. In conclusion, he hoped that this accolade would serve as an incentive for them to keep pursuing excellence, exerting further efforts and dedication to advance work.
For his part, Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Saadi, Training Supervisor, stressed the importance of equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and experience in order to achieve their career goals with high efficiency.
