A delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone, headed by Manal Ahmed Khater Al Nuaimi, Director of the Kindergartens Development Center in the area, reviewed the Ministry of Interior’s experience in the field of government excellence.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation recently visited the General Directorate of Finance and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior.
Brigadier Saeed Salim Al Henki, Director General of Finance and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, welcomed the delegation. Furthermore, he stressed the commitment of the General Directorate of Finance and Support Services to enhance mutual cooperation between federal and local institutions and departments. "This would contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and contribute to the reviewing of best practices and would enhance partnerships so as to achieve the federal government's vision and aspirations,” said Al Henki. The delegation also reviewed the mechanism of developing and preparing administrative processes as comprehensive methodology at the ministry.
For his part, Major Ahmed Mohammed Al Hasawi, Head of the Strategy and Performance Development Section, briefed the visiting delegation on the draft for the Ministry of Interior’s strategic plan 2014-2016.
On the same note, Captain Ahmed Al Tamimi, from the Policy Section at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development, reviewed the process of developing policies at the ministry.
Meanwhile, the head of the Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone delegation expressed her heartfelt thanks to the officials at the ministry for their warm welcome and hospitality. She also emphasized that the Ministry of Interior winning the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Award is a source of pride for all the citizens. "It represents the culmination of the sense of security and safety that the ministry succeeded in spreading in our society,” pointed out Al Nuaimi, wishing them further excellence and progress.
The meeting was attended by Captain Abdullah Musa Abdullah, Director of the Office of the Director General of Finance and Support Services, and a number of officers from the General Directorate of Finance and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior.
