The event, which is free to all, runs from 7am to 7pm daily. All participants are welcome to take part, from those who are new to yoga to the most advanced yoga fanatics.
Classes include Sunrise Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga and many types of meditation. New this year are Pilates classes and an expanded family tent with classes covering pre-natal, mums and babies, toddlers and teenagers as well as couples.
Speaking ahead of the two-day event, Ammar Al Malik, Director of Business Development, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Outsource Zone, commented;
"Yogafest has grown significantly year-on-year, demonstrating the success of the event and the widespread appetite for outdoor, community and family events. Dubai Internet City provides a tranquil lake-side setting for this event to take place, and we are committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance across our community. DIC looks forward to seeing this year’s Yogafest which will bring together more people than ever before, and will not only highlight the popularity of yoga in Dubai, but also the value we place on ensuring that Dubai Internet City is a vibrant and dynamic location to work and visit."
