Brigadier Obeid Belhubalah Al Kutbi, Head of the Selection and Recruitment Department at Abu Dhabi Police, affiliated with the Directorate General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police, said: "During the Tawdheef Recruitment Fair 2014, interviews were immediately conducted with nationals who submitted their applications electronically to work with Abu Dhabi Police.”
The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters’ pavilion at the Tawdheef Recruitment Fair 2014 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre attracted nationals who want to join the police institution and submitted electronic applications for jobs with the help of the Selection and Recruitment Department’s staff members.
During the exhibition, nationals were introduced to the process of applying for jobs and were allowed to follow up with their job applications electronically. Moreover, the Selection and Recruitment Department urged them to seek the available employment opportunities at Abu Dhabi Police in order to serve their homeland.
"The recruitment of Emirati members who are qualified to work with Abu Dhabi Police represents our great interest in the Human Resources Department’s strategic plans, which focus on the optimal use of human resources. This is achieved by implementing the best global practices, so as to increase the available human resources at the front line and to support the provision of services and delivering police activities, and by meeting the need for qualified and competent staff members to join the police institution,” added Brigadier Al Kutbi.
He also noted that the Abu Dhabi Tawdheef Recruitment Fair 2014 allows Abu Dhabi Police to familiarize job seekers with the available job opportunities that fit their qualifications and to motivate them to apply for jobs in order to provide services to the public with high efficiency and to facilitate and speed up the completion of nationals’ and residents’ transactions in order to obtain the required services without delay.
