(BUSINESS WIRE) G-cluster Global Corporation (GCG) announced today that Orange S.A. (Orange) has invested in GCG through a private placement of shares to become a minority shareholder. At the same time, GCG renewed its commercial agreement with Orange for the purpose of enhancing G-cluster technology, and promoting overseas business development.
GCG has been providing Orange TV an IPTV service by Orange, with a cloud gaming service since October 2012. The current transaction will further strengthen the ties between the two companies, facilitating technical development, increased game content, and faster global business development.
