(the "Company”) announces today that it is seeking commitments for a new senior secured term loan in an aggregate principal amount of up to $350,000,000 (the "Term Loan”) and an increase of commitments under its existing asset-backed loan facility ("ABL”) from $50 million to $65 million. The proceeds from the Term Loan are intended to be used to redeem the remaining $134 million of the Company’s senior secured notes due 2015, fund a portion of an approximately $217 million dividend to the Company’s stockholders, and fund transaction costs and for other corporate purposes.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Jefferies Finance LLC will act as joint lead arrangers and book managers for the Term Loan and Bank of America, N.A. will continue to act as administrative agent under the ABL.
