The conference is a global initiative driven by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and intends to create a framework for governments to align their policies with the happiness and well-being of their people. Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates -Saturday, February 11th 2017 [ ME NewsWire ] The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Education For Employment (EFE), an international not-for-profit network that creates employment opportunities for youth across the Middle East and North Africa region.
