(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Two leading-edge technology companies – one American and one Korean – are teaming up to form a worldwide alliance in location-based Virtual Reality (VR).
Seattle-based VRstudios, the leading VR company providing wireless, full-motion and multi-user VR experiences for entertainment and enterprise customers, and Korea’s Simuline, Inc., the global provider of location-based amusement and entertainment products, announced today that the companies are entering into a strategic distribution and product development partnership.
Simuline will distribute VRstudios’ products and services directly and through their extensive global network of partners and distributors. In addition to their base of operation in Korea, Simuline has a strong presence in the Middle East and Africa.
Simuline and VRstudios will now combine their unique technologies to develop new experiential products to serve the location-based amusement and entertainment destination industry. “No in-home experience can begin to approach this combination of Simuline’s 4D active simulation with our full-motion VR.
