Civil defense and fast intervention forces were able to put out a fire in a number of warehouses (for plastic material) today, in Al Musaffah area in Abu Dhabi. There were no injuries reported.

The operations were overseen by Colonel Sheikh Mohammad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director of Peripheral Regions Directorate at the Abu Dhabi Police.

Colonel Abdullah Al Zaabi, Head of Strategy and Performance Development at the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense General Directorate said that as soon as the fire report came from the operations room, the civil defense and fast intervention forces of the Emergency and Public Safety Department in Abu Dhabi Police were mobilized to the location.
