Al Rifaa Police Delegation Examines Al Khalidiya Police Experience in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Thursday, September 25th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

A delegation from Al Rifaa Police Station at Dubai Police was briefed on the experience, tasks and latest work methods applied by Al Khalidiya Police Station at the Capital Police Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police.

The visiting delegation was greeted upon arrival by Major Rashid Al Shamesi, Crime Affairs Director at Al Khalidiya Police Station. The visit was organized by the Benchmarking Center at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior.

The delegation, led by Captain Ahmed Hassan Al Hafiti, Quality Office Director at Al Rifaa Police Station, toured the various sections and branches of Al Khalidiya Police Station. The delegation members were introduced to the services provided by the station to customers, in addition to the adopted procedures for handling and processing notifications.

On the sidelines of the visit, a joint meeting was held at Al Khalidiya Police Station to discuss cooperation prospects between both police stations. During the meeting, which was attended by a number of officers, both parties agreed to boost mutual cooperation and exchange expertise regarding police work, as per the latest mechanisms implemented at the MoI and Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.

Towards the end of the visit, Major Al Shamesi presented a commemorative shield to Captain Al Hafiti, head of Al Rifaa Police Station’s delegation.
