A delegation from the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, examined the best international practices in the field of preparing and qualifying leaders during a visit to the Republic of Singapore.
The delegation, led by Lt. Colonel Saif Hamid Al Dir’e, Director of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center, visited the Singapore Police Force and observed different police leaders development programs. Members of the delegation were introduced to the roles and equipment of the Assessment Center and visited the National University of Singapore where they were briefed about academic programs for developing leaders.
During the visit, the Leadership Development and Creativity Center reviewed with the Singapore National University and Police Force, opportunities to enhance cooperation and mutual expertise in developing leadership competencies.
The Leadership Development and Creativity Center delegation included in its membership Major Dr. Omar Al Ali, Chief of Competency Assessment Section at the center; and Lieutenant Colonel Yousef Mohammad Al Muhairi, Head of Future Leaders Section at the Leadership Development and Creativity Center.
