The Ministry of Interior explored ways to develop institutional performance at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Sector. The meeting, which was headed by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Acting Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs Sector in his office, was attended by heads of the various departments. Major General Al Khaili called upon everyone to redouble efforts and to harness all resources that support institutional performance across the sector’s organizational units. Furthermore, he urged all Naturalization, Residency and Ports Sector’s staff members to exert further efforts to upgrade work to the highest standards, and enhance performance quality, particularly with respect to work and services provided to local and foreign customers. The meeting tackled the observations and recommendations included in the institutional performance report, in pursuance of the Naturalization, Residence and Ports sector’s strategy, and the aspirations of the ministry to motivate the sector’s employees to seek further excellence and innovation in work areas.
Attending the meeting were Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director General, the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Colonel Salem Al Qattam, Abu Dhabi Residency and Foreigners Affairs Director General; Colonel Ahmed Sultan Al Khodr, Head of the Security Cooperation and Coordination; and Colonel Abdullah Abdul Rahman, Director of Strategy and Performance Development. also present were Colonel Bakhit Al Suwaidi, Director of the Undersecretary Office; Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed bin Wadeema Al Ameri, Acting Director General of Resources and Support Services; Lieutenant Colonel Matar Kharbash, Head of Electronics and Telecommunications Services Department; and Major Mohammed Saeed Al Ameri, Director of the Emirates Institute of Naturalization and Residency.
