The Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General at the Ministry of Interior recently organized a workshop at the Sharjah Federal Police Academy headquarters.  The workshop discussed means to improve the Minister of Interior’s Excellence Award System, and was attended by a number of staff members from the various leaderships and departments at the Ministry of Interior, divided into four groups.

Major Abdul Rahman Al Mansouri, Director of the Corporate Excellence Department at the Ministry noted that the participants’ opinions on the award’s criteria were collected and reviewed. This aims to improve the award’s system and to develop its standards, so as to meet the award’s objectives to become a key factor in encouraging and motivating human resources, and improving the ministry’s organizational units.
