The General Directorate of Electronics and Telecommunications Services at the Ministry of Interior celebrated the graduation of four specialized technical and administrative training courses, attended by participants from the various Departments and Directorates at the Ministry of Interior.
The courses, organized by the Technical Training Department at the General Directorate of Electronics and Telecommunications Services, included the third course on "Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)”, attended by 9 officers; the fourth "IELTS exam preparation” course; the second "Modern Trends in police administration" course; and the first "Leadership and Administrative Excellence Methodologies” course for female personnel.
Colonel Ahmed Salah Mireich, Director of Technical Support Department indicated that the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) course is intended to prepare and qualify officers to manage technical projects, according to international-best methods applied in this area. This would enhance the quality of the technical work, and provide the best services for technical projects.
Mireich stressed the Ministry of Interior’s keenness to raise the efficiency of all the ministry’s personnel and enhance their performance level so as to develop police work. This comes in line with the ministry's strategy, aimed at qualifying and training the human cadres, to keep abreast of the various changes and developments taking place in the world in all areas.
Moreover, he called on the graduates to redouble the efforts to promote police work and achieve excellence; wishing them success in their career.
At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Ahmed Salah Mireich, accompanied by Lt. Colonel Issa Ahmed Jassim, Acting Head of Technical Training section, distributed certificates to the graduates. The ceremony was attended by a number of officers from the General Directorate of Electronics and Telecommunications Services at the Ministry of Interior.
