Promoting Community Partnership

The Police College concluded a specialized training program titled (Security5), organized in cooperation with the "Takatof Program” volunteers, Emirates Public Relations Association, and the UAE Red Crescent Authority. It is noteworthy that 49 participants from the various government departments and institutions in the State took part in the one-week program.
The graduation ceremony was attended by H.E. Colonel Saif Al Al Kutobi, Police College Director, directors of departments and a number of officers of the College.
The closing ceremony of the program, which is organized for the fifth consecutive year, included a lecture on the sense of security delivered by Abdel Wahed Imam Morsi. Addressing the attendees, Morsi shed light on the means to develop a sense of security among community members, as well as the proper behavior to adopt in various situations.
At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Al Kutobi, distributed the certificates and commemorative gifts to police departments, lecturers, and all participants who contributed to implement the program; wishing everyone success.
It is worth mentioning that the program is part of the strategic plans set up by the Relations and Guidance Department at the Police College, to promote community partnership between the College and the various community sectors.
