(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Syska Hennessy Group, Inc., a global consulting, engineering and commissioning firm, is growing to meet the increasing demands of their clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. They are moving their Syska Hennessy Group MENA office into expanded space in Dubai’s Internet City, and increasing their engineering staff to support a growing demand in the Facilities Management Consulting, Commissioning (FMCx), Hospitality and Healthcare markets.
The company’s expanded facility grew in response to a staff that has doubled in size since opening in the past year.
Located in Dubai’s Internet City, the new office will serve as a hub across the entire Middle East and North Africa, as well as Turkey. Syska Hennessy is supporting global client requirements for high performance consulting, collaborative design, commissioning and facility management consulting of complex facilities from their new location, as a full service practice for its MENA customers. These services have grown into a backlog that is 150% over last year.
Syska Hennessy Group MENA provides mission critical design, commissioning and facility management (FM)consulting, Information Communications Technology (ICT), and Intelligent Building Systems (IBS) for data centers, healthcare, aviation, tall tower mixed use developments, and higher education institutions. In the past 12 months alone, Syska Hennessy’s FM services have increased 3x based on projects located across Saudi Arabia.
Syska Hennessy Group MENA was formed in 2011, the result of a joint venture between SH Group, Inc., and LZ Technologies Middle East FZ-LLC. Syska has doubled its staff and is now active in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE. The location continues to be led by Greg Jasmin of Syska Hennessy Group, co-managing director, overseeing operations and technical leadership and Bassem Hariri co-managing director, overseeing client relations and business development.
