Outsource Zone (DOZ) today announced its sponsorship and participation in the 13th Annual Shared Services & Outsourcing Week (SSO Week), which is taking place 21-24 May 2013 at the Prague Congress Centre in Prague.
Hosted by the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), SSO Week is one of the world’s most comprehensive and successful meetings dedicated to the SS&O community, gathering 600 senior shared services and outsourcing practitioners, select solution experts and industry analysts.

Malek Al Malek will be delivering a presentation entitled ‘Outsourcing Dynamics and Case Studies in the Middle East’ on Thursday, 23rd May 2013. During the presentation, he will discuss outsourcing opportunities in the Middle East, and the government initiatives that have been implemented to safeguard the development of the industry.
A recent DOZ industry report titled ‘Outsourcing in the MENA region’, reveals that the outsourcing industry in the Middle East and North Africa region is expected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 8% for the period 2009-2016, reaching $2.69 billion by 2016.
The DOZ delegation will be onsite to meet and network with the attendees, delegates and organisations from around the globe.
