• Two-story 1500 sq. m luxury display smart hall to be executed in Dubai Media City

Al Baddad International a subsidiary of Al Baddad Holding signed an agreement with Pretty Cities International to implement a two-story 1500 sq m luxury display smart hall to be executed in Dubai Media City. The Smart Hall will be erected from May 31st until September 1st 2013 and will serve as a restaurant and Diamond café during the holy month of Ramadan for the bulk of its period.
Standing at a height of 9 meters, the Smart Hall will be comprised of an aluminum structure designed to resist extreme weather factors in addition to a heat-resistant and anti-flammable PVC roof cover. The innovative PVC based roof will be tear resistant and serve to prevent the entry of forced light within its interior space. The roof is designed to be durable and resistant to ultraviolet light enabling it to maintain its form and color despite the passage of time. The Smart Hall will be comprised of sandwich panels accompanied by transparent acrylic panels providing state of the art sound and heat insulation in addition to providing a clear view of the tent’s external surroundings.
The hall’s interior will be supplied with an array of luxury features including wooden floors, air conditioning systems, high-tech/ high-end lighting chandeliers and designer curtains in line with the latest fashion. The main site will also provide recreational games tent, a mosque and luxury bathroom caravans for its patrons. The hall’s exterior will combine visually aesthetic design with functionality drawn from Al Baddad’s key industry experience which spans more than 42 years in the field of mobile halls and buildings.
